shipping & packaging

1). PHYSICAL PRODUCT PACKAGING:

CTR prides itself on our simple product display cards and packaging:

- CTR labels & display cards are made from recycled / recyclable card

- we use natural jute twine for the tags

- our logo is hand-stamped on the tags with non-toxic inc, so the display card can be recycled

- the items are wrapped with recycled / recyclable wrapping paper 

- CTR uses biodegradable tape, so you can be sure your wrapping paper can be recycled!

- products above $100 are displayed & sold on non-recyclable designer premium display card

(we hope you'll agree that it's pretty enough to keep as a souvenir!). If you would prefer to receive your item on a fully-recyclable card, please make sure you add this on your order notes!

 

2). POSTAL ORDER PACKAGING:  

Our sustainable and eco-friendly packaging includes (but not limited to):

- recycled or biodegradable commercial packaging

- biodegradable and recycled tape

- Kraft-paper shred

- recycled honeycomb stuffing

- re-used cardboard boxes

- newspaper stuffing

- re-used bubble wrap

- re-used postal boxes

CTR encourages all our customers to recycle of re-use the packaging.

PLEASE NOTE that ALL Coastal Treasure Rehab Treasures are packaged in the most sustainable manner available at the time of your order. 

 

3). SHIPPING:

Orders within Australia: 

CTR offers a flat-rate P&P for all orders under 5kg sent via Regular and Express shipping. 

All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post with signature upon delivery and are offered for the following P&P rates:

 

SMALL PACKAGES (35.5 x 22cm):

- i.e. orders including up to 5 small items, such as jewellery / keyrings / charms

Regular Post : $20

Express Post: $26

 

MEDIUM PACKAGES (38.5 x 26.5cm):

- i.e. wall hangings, wall art, etc under the above-mentioned dimensions and under 5kg

Regular Post : $25

Express Post: $30

 

LARGE PACKAGES (40.5 x 31cm):

- i.e. wall hangings, wall art, etc under the above-mentioned dimensions and under 5kg

Regular Post : $30

Express Post: $35

 

International Customers: 

We ship internationally by request. International shipping is NOT YET AVAILABLE via our website.

Please contact us for more information regarding having your items sent to your international location.
